Kicking off 2026, Heather is joined by Flo and Brenda — two first sopranos and retired nurses whose paths crossed after retirement. They chat about their shared belief in the power of singing, how choir fits into their lives now, and why music is so good for you. Expect plenty of laughs, some thoughtful reflections, famous dinner guests, advice to their younger selves, and a warm conversation celebrating friendship, music, and the joy of singing together.

This week, Just Sing: Behind the Notes does things a little differently. Heather is joined by Nicola, one of our altos, for a Just Sing take on carpool karaoke — recorded in the back of Tori’s car, complete with a wonky camera, speed bumps, big laughs, and a drive-thru McDonald’s stop. Nicola chats about travelling one of the furthest distances to choir, being inspired by our accompanist who was also her music teacher at school, and how choir has been there for some of the biggest moments in her life.
